Oooo look, a rant!

This heat is driving me bananas.  True, I'm a bitch with an office job, so I don't get to suffer these triple-digit temperatures as much as others.  But still.

So not a whole lot going on, I guess.  Just busy working and rehab-ing and trying to stay optimistic.  I guess I'm looking for someone to lust after.  I'm still pissed off over AssHat and The Ex recently sent me an e-mail that pissed me off.  I hadn't seen him since that time we had quasi-sex on the dancefloor at Deja (which was about 3 months ago).  I sent him an e-mail and he replied something to the extent of "I would like to stay in touch, just as long as you behave."  FUCK YOU YOU FUCKING FUCK!!!!  It's not like he was trying to put a stop to it.  Fucking dudes..... and fuck me for letting it trip me out.  So maybe I want a man for all the wrong reasons.  He he he... sounds like a Lifetime movie in the making:  Valerie Bertinelli will play me and I'm all done with love, right?, and then she meets some dude (mmmmm Grant Show, maybe?) who genuinely loves  me but it takes me a while to notice because I'm so absorbed in my bitterness.

And to think that someone once said I was too emotionally available.  Kiss my ass, Bird!

Ugh... all this anger out of nowhere.... I really need to find a therapist that accepts my medical coverage.

I digress.  My birthday is coming up.  It's this Friday (July 22).  I was thinking of doing something, but I've never been very good at planning soirees, so I'm just gonna put the word out that if anyone wants to come buy me a drink I will be at Deja getting my dance on and my drink even more on.  I will also need one of you to carry me to your car, as I intend to be fucked up.  I wish I had a more exciting way to celebrate (b-day nookie w/ K-Swoon.... that's what I'll wish for when I blow out my candles).  Regardless, I'm sure it will be fun.  So come one, come all and let's all drink and be merry!

Anyway.... just wanted to get a few words in.  This is so not where I wanted this post to go, but sometimes you gotta vent.  I just hope that whomever I meet has a nice tone of voice and a college education *evil grin*.  Oh, and of course patience and an excessive sex drive.  The goodies are going to waste these days!  Off to bed...
